Set between the rolling Charlevoix mountains and the St. Lawrence River, Le Germain Charlevoix Hotel & Spa draws directly from its surroundings for a grounded, nature-led experience. Each spring, onsite horticulturist Virginie hosts intimate workshops focused on growing microgreens indoors.
